Did you know we are a charity?

We are delighted to announce that, in line with practice across the museum and gallery sector, we are now able to take donations by card.

Like most places we have been noticing a decline in cash donations, particularly since Covid. After much debate, the Trustees decided to make the leap and we now have the ability to take donations by card.

Like everyone in the sector, we have been working hard to regain the ground lost by the pandemic.  While we remain committed to providing people with free entry to the gallery,  we are very much hoping that people will be inspired to donate to help keep the gallery open to the public and to support our active education programme. You can elect to contribute £5, or you can choose to donate £10 or even £15 just by touching the black arrow to move through those three amounts.

Next time you visit, perhaps you will consider making a donation and be amazed by just how easy it is – just tap and you can donate £5. Easy for you and, for us, your donation will make all the difference to our work.
