♦ About visiting
We are a volunteer-led charitable trust. Our building is on four floors without space for a lift. Our ability to show the Collection in its entirety is limited by both space and available volunteers. We therefore operate currently as per the visitor information below.
♦ Opening times
Crafts for Christmas 2023
Saturday 18 November – Saturday 23 December
Wednesdays 14:30-17:00hrs and Saturdays 12:00-17:00hrs.
♦ Entry to exhibitions
Entry to Crafts for Christmas is free.
Entry to other exhibitions during the rest of the year is usually £3 per head and free for Friends.
Cash or card donations to our charity are very welcome.
Car: Trenchard Street car park is 5 minutes’ walk away.
Bus/train: Many buses stop at the top of Park Street, 1 minute’s walk away: the 8 connects with Bristol Temple Meads railway station.
♦ To view full collection
Find out about our Curator’s tours. Alternatively, a guided tour of the full collection by the Curator can be arranged for groups of up to 10 people, with a charge of £15 per person (subject to a minimum charge of £60) – it would make a great birthday celebration. Please complete the form below to find out about arranging a group tour.
Please note that the Collection is housed in a narrow building on four floors without a lift. The ground floor houses the Stradling Gallery and is fully accessible by wheelchair but we regret that there is no wheelchair-accessible toilet.
