We are very pleased to be able to announce that, in addition to our ground floor gallery display, we are opening the first and second floors to our visitors.

New for 2024, the new floors allow us to expose more of our collection to gallery visitors than before, giving a much-enhanced experience.

On the top floor there will be a newly-curated space with pre- and post-war interiors furnished and decorated with our collection pieces to inspire and delight fans of modernist and mid century design.

Helping our Curator with these floors as well as our next exhibition, we have our three new interns.

For any visitors with mobility impairments, please note that we have a tall, thin building and those two floors are only accessible by stairs.

Please also note that to see the full collection you can book to attend one of our very popular Curator’s Tours. These will start running again towards the end of February/beginning of March. (At the time of publishing this news story we are still preparing the gallery for the new exhibition as well as the upper floors.)

Our next exhibition, 60˚North, opens on 24 February. Admission is £5 for anyone over 12 and includes entry to all three floors.

As a charity, additional donations are always very welcome.
